Refund Policy
- All refunds are made in full month increments only.
- All setup and activation fees are non-refundable. A minimum payment of one month will be assessed on all new accounts.
- Refunds on specially priced offers, including those requiring a minimum service duration, which are cancelled prior to their commitment date, will be refunded on a pro-rated basis at the regular service rate of your plan.
